American Currency Redesigned in Honor of Social Movements within the Sports Industry
As a reimagined perspective of American History, the redesign of the 5 and 10 Dollar Bills are directed as the modern Hall of Fame for prominent athletic activists including: Megan Rapinoe, Muhammad Ali, and Rudy Galindo.
With restructured currency guidelines, all sports featured are competitive games played by United States teams in the Winter and Summer Olympics.
To enhance the current state of American currency, new security and inclusivity features incorporated into the design increases the physical readability with a choice of bill orientation. Whether a physical to digital currency, each format acknowledges and celebrates diversity in ideas with a movement towards change in a space that acts as a societal bonding opportunity.
